While logged in as a local System Administrator, copy the folders from the user profile that you want to inherit (eg Desktop, Start Menu, Cookies, Application Data) from the \WINNT\Profiles\(user you want to inherit from) folder to the \WINNT\Profiles\(user you want to have inherit) folder. You do have the problem that the old userid is not equivalent to the new userid; permissions and rights must be granted to the new userid.

You should probably make a trip to a few Web pages: Information NT and John Savill's NT FAQ are two must visit sites.
