How will this routine work in FPW 26 when there is no Y2k_Rollover? Could I just hard-code a date like {01/01/50}?

It's a DEFINE, by default #DEFINE Y2K_ROLLOVER 1950. You can replace it with either a hardcoded value or any function or variable.
