Well, sure, it is possible, but is it practical?

You can do it with an application-wide timer. How many times do you want to be warned about the same customer? If you have many customers, normally you will have some over their credit due date. There is no reason for a customer to go over their credit limit unless you let them.

When does Outlook give a message? Just once? If it is running over midnight, does it give the message right away?

Maybe you have to create a file of credit warnings when you bill a customer. So, if you give a customer 30 days, add an entry to this warning table with the customer info, the invoice info, and the due date. Then just check this table instead of looking through all kinds of data to check credit status. When a customer pay, take this entry out of the table.

What EXACT functionality do you want?

>thanks for reply.
>your suggestion is very nice. but i wanted in different way. warning should come immediately as soons as event occurs. I have just written about this in my previous reply to Don. could you please read it and may be you can help me ? i also want to know that what my customer is needed is acutally possible or not ?
