that's exactly right. but my customre is not wanted that way. he does not want to remember to run routine daily and take report. according to him automatically
system should give him warning that such customer's limit is due so he will go and look at my file and print if he wanted.
he has seen this in outlook and he urges same requirement here in database application. but i think i have come to conlusion that the required functionality is not a good idea. and let the customer to run routine to get what he wants.
what you guys say? still welcome any suggestions.
