Untested stab in the dark.. the first is in a DBC the second is a free table?

>Open the Data Session Window. Open a dbf, and Command Button Browse it. The menu changed and I have a Table item. I can edit the table and the column heading of the table are the exact field names. Open a different dbf, and Command button Browse it. The menu does not have the Table item, I can not edit the table, and the column heading are English like (not the fields names). Why are these two tables so different?
