I have a VFP 6.0 report form, with a page header and footer, group header and footer, and a summary band (no title band).

When the report length is such that that the summary band spills over to a separate page (or if the Summary band New Page option is checked in the Report Designer), the Page Header does not print on that page.

Any suggestions as to how I can correct this problem? Report settings, calls to VFP or user-defined functions, or a combination of these would be appreciated.

I don't think that setting the New Page option is acceptable to my client; the summary should only print on a separate page if the report length forces it to. If that's the only way to do it, however, I'm sure I can convince them.
