>I've just found out that my latest greatest app that I've created on my Pentium II 350Mhz machine runs like shi* on a Pentium 90-based notebook one of the user is using. Is there a way to slow down a VFP program to mimic a slower machine? The newer computer don't come with a "Turbo" button which I used to use to slow it down for testing.

I don't have a specific program to suggest, but take a run out to ShareWare.COM and look for slowdown programs for gaming - there's a whole slew of stuff there to adapt older DOS-based games to work acceptably on newer hardware, where stuff runs too fast. in most cases, the programs work by causing RTC interrupts at a known rate, then disabling interrupts and running a loop a few hundred or thousand times before turning back on interrupts. I know that at least one of them will make the old BattleZone designed for 8MHz AT class machines run on a 333MHz Pentium II...
