The installation of version 4.1 of the framework seems to have done the trick.

For some reason, the Service Packs 1 & 2 to upgrade from v 4.00 to 4.1 were not working for me.

Roxanne (from my initial question on this thread) says her cApp.cVersion reads 4.1. Mine still read 4.00b after installing the SP's.

Oh well, it is done now.
