Another part of story is Pageframe vs Multiple form GUI issue, and here there is no definite answer, it depends on client's request. But if you select multiple form UI it does not mean that you must use formset here; you can have really multiple separate form objects.

Although Edward's comments are right on the mark, I would just like to add this. IMHO, most users are already familiar with using the TAB (e.g. VFP pageframe) metaphor but not multiple forms at the same time. Not to be a "Conformist" but I think it's important for users.
