Currently, I have been using the fll version created by Bela Bodecs and available here at the UT. In addition, I do own the POINTERS class. I was hoping to rewrite the function using the POINTERS class, however, I can not find the SHBrowseForFolder function/structure layout.

This function requires version 5.0 of Shell32.DLL. I just check my version and I have 4.72. So I can't test it, unfortunately, and don't have sample code. You should find the description of this function as well as the structure on msdn.microsoft.com.
