Not directly....if you have Adobe Acrobat (the full version) you could export the PDF report to a TXT (ASCII) file and then load it into a table and parse it back into it's raw data and then create a report from that data.

I am not sure that you can do this, but it's also possible that Acrobat could be launched and a PDF printed transparently via Automation.
