It should already be installed on your NT box - from the Administrator Start menu it should be available under Common Administrative Tools/Server Manager; it runs SVRMGR.EXE from the NT System32 directory. The shortcut I have set up runs in the context of %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH% (this string is evaluated during the NT login process.)
