>>Help!
>>I have an multiuser application in VFP6 in a Novell 4.01 environment running on PCs with Windows 95b installed. Most PCs seem to run the application fine, 3 so far lockup (require power off/on) whenever they go through about three iterations of executing a module which prints a report. They typically lockup at the menu selection and never on the first try. I have reinstalled Windows and the application from the ground up and that has not cured the problem.

This suggestion is in Article ID: Q183522. What it doesn't say is what the consequences of doing this are. Anyone know what this will do, or not do??? It sure would be nice if this is a viable solution. I would think that this also means the code Randy Brown suggests should work too. It's in the same article. It didn't work for me, but maybe I missed a SET PRINTER TO somewhere.

Marcus,
All in all I would say stop using HP products. They not only cause troubles with VFP but servicing parts is the real suffer. One day they will request more than the prize of a brand new model just for replacing a fuse (believe me it hit us three times and we dropped using HP in all our systems - scanners, printers and computers). And just for an additional example HP RAM upgrades cost 3-4 times then any compatible RAMs on the market.
