Your message title say "FPW2.6", but you load the VFP version of FoxTools.FLL and say that VFP causes a problem. What version are you using? That version must match the FoxPro version.

The error message could have to reasons. First of all, RegFn() is for 16 bit DLLs only. If MP20FI32 is a 32 bit DLL, you have to use DECLARE in VFP, and can't use it in FPW 2.6. Also, specifiy the full name of the DLL, ie C:\WINDOWS\MP20FI32.DLL, not just the name without extension.
