I have never seen this error in VFP 5.0. Does anybody in here have seen this before?

Error message: File cannot be closed because outstanding references exist.

This usually happen when I try to exit a form by clicking on the upper right corner [X]. It doesn't happen all the time but maybe 3 out of 5 times.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
