What I meant is,
I have a 4 column grid and 3 of them are visible.
If I move from column1 to column2 then the code in AfterRowColChange() event will fired the Scrolled() event while the code that I'll put in scrolled event will fired some changes in other controls that suppose to be fired when the grid is scrolled, it's quite confusing though.

Actually I just got a solution for this problems, I use grid.leftcolumn prop on AfterRowColChange() event and Scrolled.event, so when the grid.leftcolumn values changed that means grid is scrolled.
