I am having a similar problem, Win95 on Novell 4.x network, no 32 bit
drivers loaded, Too many files open error, and cannot instantiate another
instance of the form record 12.

Data files reside on server, exe on local drive, if I move data to local
drive, then no error? Version 5.0. Also I am using the Stonefield data Tools.

Any Idea's??
