Actually my client has gotten the "Print to File" window, when attempting to print a report. I can not reproduce the error. There is only a single place in our app where we print to file, and I do not believe that the client has their parameters set to ever execute that code. Every other time we "noconsole to to printer prompt".

So why the "Print to File" window? Is it possible that if you have no printers, that you might get this? (It is not possible for me to test this theory.)

Any ideas?
