>Unfortunately I have no solution to your problem - just simpathy as I have had similar problems. I had to back off to VFP 5 to fix my delivery. Ther has been some discussion about the problem ref 167469. This thread refreances other threads on the subject.

Terry,
Tried even in safe mode with the same problem. Yes, SP1 has been applied, dcom98.exe also. Boot up without loading network was same problem. Looking into the video and network cards - maybe a dll being shared or something. Wish I had the machine here, but its 300 miles away.
