"Papazjanija" means 'impossible mix' or just 'mess' in my language. That's what you get when you cook random ingredients. Who knows, maybe some of his ancestors failed to make a carreer here, and went to the States :). Anyway, I'll be ready to try homebrew, just when I get near to it.
