Not as unreliable as skip-1, skip <g>
SKIP when on the last record goes to the "phantom" record at EOF so that SKIP-1 will go back to the record you were on.
And it doesn't generate an error until you try to navigate beyond EOF() so it seemed like the best quick fudge to me.
On record 1, SKIP -1, SKIP would go to record 2 after the BOF() error message. Not quite what I had in mind.
