In VFP 6, how do you get a combobox to have its value be a data type? I have tried Date(), =Date(), {^1999-01-01}, etc. I have tried it programmatically as well. The source is a cursor with one date field. In the debugger, after I have selected a date from the cursor, it shows the date as a character.
