It's been a long time since I worked on writing an .FLL, but isn't there a part of the VFP API that allows you to execute a VFP command from within an FLL? If all else is being uncooperative, you might try to access DIMENSION that way.

You also might check some of the source that Pat Boens has posted for his FOCUS library; I vaguely remember seeing a piece of code to do that in one of his functions. OTOH, it's a tremendous amount of code to dig through on a maybe...
