I basically said that (IMHO) VFP isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I think MS will continue to produce OS's that will support VFP apps. I'm not worried for 2 reasons: 1) if MS is going to merge all thier development platforms into one (VFP, VB, & VC) they wouldn't be reinventing the wheel, it would be a composite of all the languages, taking the strengths of each, and 2) even if they do reinvent the wheel, it won't be for a while (some speculate 3+ years, and by then the apps should be re-written anyway). MS is so Internet happy lately that they won't divert thier attention off of that bright-shiny object for a while. Also, If you are following true OOP (groan), you should be making everthing (ya, right) into objects (OCX's) which are scalable to most development plat
