Try this instead:

SELECT Order_Information
SET ORDER TO Orderid
GO RECNO() && Force record pointer to move to activate the order

SELECT Order_Detail
SET ORDER TO orderid
SET RELATION TO orderid INTO Order_Information && Additive if others active
LOCATE
