If I remember correctly a Session I went to presented by Mac Rubel about converting from 2.6 to 3.0 (at the time) he had such a utility that was data driven if I remember correctly. The was a conference in Minnesota in oh, 1996 I think. Don't remember the name of it... wonder if I still have the disks.
