xcuuse me? I pack every day. Admittedly my tables (tens of Mb) are
relatively small compares to the disk ( Gbs).

In the days of the IBM S34, the rule of thumb, (in those days they had
rules of thumb) was to have at least the space of your biggest file free
on your disk. And we thought this was a sales pitch.
