I'll bet dollars to donuts the sites experiencing lockups have HP printer drivers installed. The lockups probably occur sometime after printing or viewing a report. Is this right?? Let me know and I can share the lengthy details of this issue with you, or you can search the UT for a lengthy thread called 'My application causes PC lockups'.
