Well I spent the weekend converting my RTF file. What a project.

I had MS Word (with my RTF file), MS Help Workshop, MS Flash (capture utility), MS FrontPage (to do the html), My VFP application and MSIE (to see the end result) all open and running at the same time.

Switching between them, copying and pasting, wow what a task.

MS or someone needs to come up with a RTF to HTML help converter wizard.

Some nice new features however:

1. Can jump to subsection of a help topic.
2. Nice background gifs
3. Expandable/collapsable table of contents
4. HTML mapping of images really enhances help files.

Am I the only one who is playing with this stuff or has anyone else been experimenting.

Tip: You can only add a new hhctrl.ocx object to an html file using the Wizard with MS Help Workshop. Frontpage's add active-x object won't work with hhctrl.ocx (don't ask why)

Tip2: Save frequently. MS Help Workshop crashes often.

Features wanted: change background of table of contents from white to a gif file. Tried doing by hand editing html without success.

More to follow later.
