>Hello,
>I'm using VFP 6.0, and I have a grid, which is filled with a SELECT-SQL. I want to make a new SELECT-SQL and fill this grid with the new data, but also I want to stay in the same line as I was before. To achieve this, I store the keyvalue of the actual record in a variable, and after the new SELECT and FillGrd(), I LOCATE for that keyvalue via the stored variable.
>This works fine, as long as we stay in the first few lines of the grid. But when I'm scrolling down and select a record further down in the grid, the Cursor jumps always to the Top of the grid after I made the new SELECT.
>How can I find my record after the new SELECT-SQL?
>Thanks for your time!
Is the recordf pointer really on the wrong record, or is the grid just scrolled to the wrong spot? If the latter, try setting focus to the grid after you requery.
