If users move non-selected lines into a selected block in a multiselect listbox, the dragged item becomes highlighted and bumps the bottom item. What gives? Shouldn't the highlighted items stay highlighted?

Also, I want to present my users with a multiselect listbox to order the display presentation. Does anyone have a good way to move all of the selected lines together????
