If you're using NT auth. group like users (ie. accounting, picking, ...) and create an NT group for them. Then add the groups to SQL Server as a login. You can then map the NT group login to a user-defined role in the database.

There's probably a way to create a script that would automatically add users but I don't know it off hand.
