Do it the easy way - add a variable (private, global, application object, report object) which is TRUE for Summary and FALSE for Detail. Then check for that variable in your WHEN clauses.

>When I select Summary for a report the detailed lines are eliminated. I would like to also be able to detect that summary was selected and in some cases eliminate some of the Group Headings. I think I could do it in the WHEN for the objects in the Group Heading if I knew what to test.
