Phyllis,
Could you ask your users to 'un-minimize' the program, click on a field (to activate a form) and then leave it for a few minutes? Just as a guess it MIGHT have something to do with their computers storing a memory-hog program to disk. Ask them also to listen for 'disk thrashing' if they aren't all networked.

And don't take the 'memory-hog' personally, please. ALL FoxPro programs are memory hogs :-)
