If you don't mind a DOS window popping up. An FTP client which runs in the Command Prompt window comes with Windows 95/98 and NT.

Don't remember many (program line) specifics, but I made this work unattended at a previous employer. It ran on a Windows NT Workstation on a Novell network. I don't even remember if it was written in FPW2.6 or VFP3.0. I suspect I did it in FPW2.6, because that's what almost everything was done in at that company. Even though they owned VFP 3.0 and 5.0, they hadn't converted any of their legacy system, and didn't intend to. Instead they're throwing out FoxPro and rewriting their system as a PowerBuilder front-end to an Oracle server. (So I left...)
