You need to recompile the server and make sure you have it
fire up in the appropriate directory. Frankly, that's a bad
demo for learning FoxISAPI.

I suggest you take a look at:

http://www.west-wind.com/articles.htm

and check out the FoxISAPI paper on that page. It's more of a step
by step tutorial that explains how FoxiSPAI works and how you
need to configure the Web server and VFP servers.
