Though I don't like jumping in for matters like this, I prefer to make things more accurate, because the applet's winow caption is largely misleading. It doesn't have anything to do with Internet settings. It's only Internet
Explorer settings.
Microsoft may like us to think that "Internet"=="Internet Explorer", but I won't buy that. And M$'s VFP says
