I was right were I am today (in terms of employers). While forums existed (such as Compuserve's), there was no where near the accessibility that you have to-day, with places like the UT.
How'd I find out about it? I went through one of the samples that came with FPW in trying to figure out how it managed to create a directory. In the sample, it made several references to Foxtools functions. After fruitless trying to find what I thought was FPW code for the functions, I stumbled (almost literally) on foxtools. I then managed to find some documentation, and...
