I disagree. With classes and reusable code how do you know that there will never be code that moves the pointer on you? Row buffeirng makes magic happen, and magic in code is not good. With row buffering you have an implicit action in the system that will be a bear to debug if it acts strange. With table buffering you can choose whether to allow one record or many to be edited in the UI and you have no magic going on.
