The solution depends on what's causing the error. Unfortunately, there can be several causes. Search for C0000005 at
http://support.microsoft.com/support. Make sure you search the full text, not just the title. There are several articles. You should also take a look at the knowledge base here (the little purple book icon). Look for articles about DCOM98.
