As Dennis pointed out in his post to me, look at the Knowledge Base article Q192352. It references the _shellexecute ffc class (in _environ.vcx). It states that there's an exe that you invoke (RUNDLL32.EXE) in using the ShellExecute function to bring up the "Open with..." dialog. Since the last update of the article is 9/8/98 and the platform mentioned was simply "WINDOWS", I'll bet I know what you did. You probably sub-classed the process and forgot about it.:-) It would surprise me in the least. I've done the same thing many times myself.
