I recently posted updates to my eView and SearchString utilities in the files section, and immediately got emails notifying me of the same bug in each of the programs (the bug was in the class).
Fixed versions of the files have been sent and should be available soon.

For those who haven't tried either yet, here is a brief description:

eView is my effort at creating a functional and practical replacement for the VFP view designer. As most know, the native view desgner contains a fatal flaw that makes it nearly useless when manipulating views with more than two tables. Eview was designed to overcome this as well as add a few more features that the native designer does not:
- extended view field properties are easily accessible
- access to remote view properties previously only accessible with DBGETPROP
- ability to generate a program that will rebuild the view from scratch
- ability to copy source table field properties from the table to the view
- corrects "base table fields have changed" message with dysfunctional views

eView has proven infinitely useful to me, and hope you will find it useful as well. I am open to suggestions for improvement, as well as eager to hear of any problems you might have.

Searchstring.app is a simpler app that I also find myself using several times a day. Searchstring allows a text search of all the files in a project, and returns your matches in a list that you can doubleclick.
