Could you help me please!

I've got the following problem:

I can't to install VFP 6.0 run time on WinNT International release (Hebrew). I'm using the VFP Setup Wizard (last update) and it doesn't work properly. On WinNT US release it works vell.

Did somebody have the similar problem with different international release of WinNT?
