Yes, this is true. I want to make it as easy as possible, simply using a textfile. It needs not to be look like a report, but it has to store the data only for security reason. If the user "looses" the report, the supervisor could open this "recover-file" and make a receipt by hand.
I guess, it is a kind of legal proceduring involved, and documents can not be printed as often as one pleases.
But we'll see...
