Hi Christopher,
My suggestion would be to take the money you would have spent on the upgrade, and put it toward some form of VFP OOP training for yourself (Books, Videos, Classes).
The benfits of learning OOP skills and putting them to work for you will surely outweigh any minor advantages the upgrade to 6.0 will give you if you continue to deprive yourself of the true benefits of VFP.
>I'm wondering whether it's worth the coupla hundred bucks to upgrade to VFP 6 (from 5). I don't do web or client-server development, and though I'm no longer a novice, I haven't -- and don't intend in the near future -- to develop or use class libraries (the VFP base classes do the job for me). I've read all the MS promotional materials, and I'm not certain whether or not it's worth it for me.
