I am using VFP 6.0 on NT Workstation 4.0 SP3. I've gotten C0000005 in one situation in the development environment only, but I've been able to consistently reproduce the problem.
On the other hand, Randy Brown asked me for a copy of my form, FoxUser file and config.fpw to try to reproduce the problem in Microsoft's labs, and they can't reproduce it there.
I don't know if that information is useful at all. Obviously I haven't tried to do everything one can do with my environment to make a C0000005 happen. But at least I can say that you still
can get a C0000005 if you're on NT4.0 SP3.
