They included a VFP sample in the package so I went to that format - given the amount of problems I've had using ActiveX. Anyway - its easy to program, even comes with a BOOK which is quite good. I had some problems with their progress bar when I went to Windows 98 though. Their tech support worked with me and had to update one of the files. Works fine now. This is the same library that Quarterdeck ZipIt is using - which I also have. I've included dynazip files in my distribution diskettes to about 25 locations so far and I haven't heard about any failures.

Excuse me for butting into this thread. I have DynaZip and am preparing to put into my application. I have about 600 locations and am somewhat worried about distributing all the necessary files. I only want to do basic zipping and unzipping and spanning to floppy, but there seems to be about 8 DLLs and 3 OCX files to send. Four of these need to be registered. Is all that just for development purposes or is it necessary when I send it out? Anyone had problems distributing to clients? Thanks for your input.
Marcus.
