The Resize() event fires whenever .Height or .Width are changed, either via MouseDrag or programmatic change of the properties. It also fires during instantiation if the form has non-default values for the properties.

>Hi Bill -- I got curious and tested a bit - the grid resize doesn't seem to run unless it is actually resized. But the form resize runs a LOT. Once on opening, and THREE times on closing, for my test case. So any code there may need monitoring, as with Stephen's idea, for sure.
