Make sure regsrvr32.exe is in \WINDOWS\SYSTEM. It comes with VFP. Also, make sure the OCX is in \WINDOWS\SYSTEM. Then from a DOS window or the Run window type REGSVR32 MYOCX.OCX. You'll get a message telling you whether it was successful. Only OCXs that contain registration info will work (most do).
