I don't understand why you don't store this information in a DBF and generate a report when it is requested by a supervisor. When you print a receipt, I would hope you store the information in some type of data file. Why don't you just retrieve that data when needed?

>Yes, that's correct. I understood 'print to file' this way, like I would say 'print to screen': A readable textfile, where a supervisor can get information back which was lost. This technique is also used for error log files, which store just text informations about what was going on.
